Bouffista’s Kitchen is a woman-owned, small business founded in 2015 by Kizi Nkodia. The business was born out of her kitchen with a desire to share dishes from her childhood in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. Five years later, BK has grown into a private chef and catering services throughout the United States for various events like retreats, conferences, and intimate events. She recently launched “The Bouffista Experience”, a culinary journey taking guests through my African heritage and culture. It was “All Things African” from the food to the decor, music and entertainment.
Kizi has been featured on television on ABC 7’s Good Morning Washington’s “Taste Tuesdays” segment. She has also been a guest on “The Chefs Without Restaurants” podcast.
