Chef Dominique started out in the restaurant management background, then pivoted into culinary arts and started TLBRT Hospitality. Her goal is to cater and host pop-up events showcasing African Diaspora cuisines. She pre-launched Mesean Spices, a spice company, which provides unique spice and seasoning blends to consumers to allow them to cook flavorful meals at home.She has only been cooking professionally for a little over 3 years, but has been connecting people around food for her entire life.
